Services in detail

Exactly what's included. And what isn't.

If you're past the pitch and want the full picture before you decide, this is the page. Every plan broken down line by line, what's out of scope, what you receive at launch, and plain-English definitions of the jargon.

For the numbers and a quick comparison, see pricing. For the pitch, see the homepage.

The plans

What each plan actually does.

Most agencies are vague about what a monthly plan delivers because the answer is usually 'not much.' Here's the work, itemized.

Plan 01

Foundation

$79/mo · no setup fee

The site itself: designed, written, built, hosted, and kept running.

What's included

  • Custom site, up to 5 pages: Home, About, Services, Reviews or Gallery, Contact
  • Mobile-first responsive layout, tested on iPhone and Android
  • Click-to-call, click-to-text, and a lead form on every page
  • Page copy drafted by us; you approve, we revise
  • Embedded Google Map and your service-area copy
  • Local SEO foundations: schema markup, sitemap, Search Console
  • Hosting, domain registration, and SSL, all inside the monthly number
  • Daily off-site backups and security patches as they release
  • Edits by text, usually live the same day
  • Form spam protection (honeypot + rate limit)

Not on this plan

  • Ongoing SEO work after launch (that's Growth)
  • Online booking, payments, or e-commerce
  • City-specific landing pages (Lead Engine territory)
  • Photography (your own photos work fine, and we design around what you have)
  • Ad campaign management
Plan 02

Growth

Most chosen
$149/mo · no setup fee

Everything in Foundation, plus we keep you visible on Google.

What's included

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Monthly Google Business Profile updates: posts, photos, hours, FAQs
  • Monthly review of your local rankings: what moved, why
  • Schema and on-page SEO refreshed as Google's expectations change
  • Review-monitoring alerts so a new review never sits for 3 weeks
  • Suggested-response drafts for tough or important reviews
  • Page rewrites included when your offerings or positioning change
  • Self-serve editor: change hours, phone, address, the homepage testimonial, and a promo banner yourself; the site updates within a minute
  • Monthly report covering rankings, calls, traffic, and what to focus on next

Not on this plan

  • Paid ad management (that's Lead Engine)
  • Net-new pages beyond your page count (one-time Extra Page add-on)
  • Off-site link building or net-new content campaigns
Plan 03

Lead Engine

$249/mo · no setup fee

Everything in Growth, plus we run the marketing. You answer the phone.

What's included

  • Everything in Growth
  • 7+ pages including city pages for the towns you actually serve
  • Google Ads campaigns built, launched, and managed end to end
  • Conversion-tuned landing pages tied to ad campaigns
  • Call tracking with source attribution: know which calls came from where
  • Booking or quote-engine integration (Calendly, Acuity, or custom form)
  • Negative keyword and bid pruning weekly
  • Self-serve editor expanded: service-area cities and booking-availability text
  • Quarterly strategy session: new offers, new geos, what to scale

Not on this plan

  • Ad spend itself (you fund the budget directly with Google)
  • Meta / Facebook / Instagram ads (separate engagement)
  • Custom-built apps or member portals (separate quote)
  • Multi-location franchise systems
Launch day

What you receive when the site goes live.

A launch only counts if you walk away holding the keys to everything in your name. Here's what gets put in your hands on day one.

  • Live site at your domain with SSL
  • Your domain registered (or transferred) in your name
  • Login to your Google Business Profile (if we created or claimed it)
  • Sitemap submitted to Google Search Console under your account
  • Analytics installed under your Google account, not ours
  • A handoff doc explaining how to request or make common edits
  • A 30-day window where launch tweaks are free and fast
  • The ownership terms in writing: 24 months or $999 buyout
Plain English

The jargon, translated.

Words that show up on web-design sales pages and shouldn't require a translator. If anything else is unclear, text us. We'd rather you ask than buy something blind.

Schema markup
Hidden code on each page that tells Google what your business is, where, and what it does. Doesn't change what visitors see, but Google reads it and uses it to rank you correctly.
Google Business Profile (GBP)
The free Google listing that shows up in Maps and the local results pack with your hours, photos, and reviews. Worth more than most people realize; it's often the first impression a local customer has of you.
Sitemap
A simple file listing every page on your site, so Google can find and index all of them. Submitted once at launch.
SSL certificate
What makes the padlock icon show up next to your URL. Required for any modern site; without it, Chrome shows a scary warning. Auto-renews on every plan.
DNS
The system that connects your domain name to your hosting. We configure it once at launch; it usually only changes if you switch hosts or email providers.
Local pack
The map + 3 business listings that show up at the top of a local Google search ("plumber near me," etc.). Showing up here is most of the game for service businesses, and the Growth plan is built around it.
Call tracking
A unique phone number that forwards to your real line, used so we can tell which calls came from the website, which came from ads, and which came from elsewhere. Built into Lead Engine.
