Why a monthly plan instead of a big upfront fee?
Because a website is not a one-time purchase, it's a thing that has to keep working. Hours change, security patches land, Google updates the rules, competitors catch up. The old model (big invoice, then the agency disappears) is how sites die. With one monthly number, we only do well if your site keeps doing well. And you keep your cash for the business.
How long until I'm live?
About a week. Day 1 is a 15-minute intake, day 2 you get the free mockup, days 3 through 7 we build, write, and polish. Bigger builds with city pages can take 10 to 14 days. If you have an emergency (a season, a new location, a competitor catching up), say so and we'll move faster.
Do I own the website?
Your domain, your content, your Google Business Profile, and your analytics are in your name from day one. The site build itself works like this: after 24 paid months the site is yours, free and clear, or you can buy it out sooner for a flat $999. Either way there's no ransom and no "data export charge."
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime and we hand over your domain, content, and Google Business Profile. No exit fee. If you cancel before owning the site, the site comes down, but everything in your name (domain, content, reviews, GBP) leaves with you.
What's not included in the number?
Ad spend on Lead Engine (you fund Google directly), e-commerce builds, custom apps or member portals, and photography (your own photos work fine, and we design around what you have). Everything it takes to run the site itself, hosting, domain, SSL, backups, edits, is in the number.
Can I just pay once for a site instead?
We've moved fully to monthly plans because the sites we're proudest of are the ones we still maintain. If a one-time build is genuinely what you need, text us anyway. We'll either work something out or point you to someone good.
Do you do SEO and Google Ads?
Local SEO foundations ship with every plan. Ongoing SEO work, Google Business Profile management, and monthly reporting come with Growth. Google Ads management is on Lead Engine: we run the campaigns, you cover the ad spend.
